The hotel's proximity to Al Masjid Al Haram made it convenient, despite the long walk in the sun post-bus ride.
The check-in process was incredibly frustrating as we had confirmed reservations, but upon arrival, we were initially told there were no rooms available, which caused undue stress after a long journey.

I had a lovely stay where I enjoyed the super clean room and the free buses to Haram every 30 minutes, which made getting around easy. The lobby was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and I really appreciated the facilities to prepare my food. The only downside was that the heater took a bit longer to warm up, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a refrigerator and electric kettle, making it ideal for couples. Reception and transportation services were excellent, with punctual shuttle service to nearby attractions. the bathroom had maintenance issues, and the heating took longer than expected to warm up. the frequency of the shuttle could be improved, as long waits were sometimes required.
